  • Discrepancy on the RC Number,CAC/IT Number or BN Number These must match exactly as they appear on the original Certificate of Registration issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Ensure the data is accurate to avoid discrepancies.
  • Provide the complete pages of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of
    Incomplete or missing Incorporation of Trustees.Please provide thecomplete pages of Incorporation of Trustees for the Club/Association/ReligiousOrganization

• • No FIRS TIN Print Out submitted.Ensure you provide evidence of the organization’s Tax Identification Number issued by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
  • No document attached with your application. Ensure you attached all the CACRegistration documents scanned in a single PDF click here and less than 2 MB in size.You should also use the PDF size-reduction tool provided on the upload page to make uploading faster and casier.

• • Missing Documents MEMART for Limited Liability Company.  Apart from your certificate and Company Status report ensure you provide the complete pages of the Statementof Share Capital and Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association (MEMART)
